Inevitably, the spectacle and drama of the grand prix yachts at Race Week will grab plenty of attention - from us, not least - but the great majority of the fleet comprises of more humble yachts.

Many of these are sailed by crews with decades of experience or by those who just enjoy the social aspect of racing their cruising yachts with friends and family at Race Week.

So, here's a short grab of those who don't send much time in the bright lights, shot at the Eastern Start Area this morning in what was a lumpy sea!
